Very well, if you would keep an on going list of the question or confusion they have coming in. I would like to make this as easy for them as possible and if something keeps coming up we can see what we can do about it.
For now i would like to continue to meet with each member and make sure they are comfortable with the site and their agenda. As we grow we may open up a few positions to fulfill this role exclusively. If that can't be done then a walk thru tutorial will need to be in place
Melissa I like the personal touch of having meeting with new members I think it welcomes them well to our team. Do you think we should put together an instructional tutorial on these topic some how? With the meeting? Or to replace the meeting all together. .. but that would lose the personal touch. Ideas?
