Should agendas be able to have more then one person work on them? Right now they are set as a one to one relationship. But more and more it seems we have project that run into one another. Let take the two agendas below both of them are for the same out come. One was to created the first one and the second was to proof read it so that we could use it as content for new members. With this two people needed to work on it to produce help one another produce this result. Now we can use two agenda and thats not a problem but it does add more overhead to monitor and would it be faster for us to have one agenda to add all the documentation to it?

I think the real problem with this concept of combining agenda for members is all the code would have to change for Reports, Agendas, Owner Ship aka Permission. Maybe other things that I have not seen in the code too.
Amount of work to do this would be one solid week and probably a month and 1/2 of debugging.
Is it worth it?
Having Multi agendas also keeps things cleaner. We may not use it all the time but it will come in handy when we have projects where more then one person is working on it. If someone leaves or is unable to cont. this will allow someone else to pick up and add to the current agenda without creating a new one. I like the idea.
Meeting are also a good sample of this when working together on a single agenda.
