ABRAMS TANK C

I had forgotten to set the scale of a tread I imported for TANK B, so TANK B needs deleted.

This is for a movable tread.  Only one tread was
imported, because once one tread is animated you would want to duplicate the animated piece.  I duplicated the tread for the screenshot so that a somewhat finished tread would look like.
