We need to get the camera to be able to move with the mouse, left, right,down,up
We will later changes this to follow the character but for testing and debugging this will be helpful.
Unity has A built in input manager that's editable. Use Input.GetAxis ("Mouse X") and Input.GetAxis ("Mouse Y") to return mouse position.
