Welcome, everyone, to another sprint. As we push forward in our project, the challenges we conquer as a team, absolutely amaze me.  With that being said, lets get started :).

Does anyone have any comments, questions, or concerns about the agenda they are assigned too?  If you need your agenda defined better or you're not sure where to start, please post on the kanban discussion any questions and we can start figuring it out as a team.

@Programmer I have adjusted the TFS so that it now reflex a better structure for our project.  You will notice I have dumb it down a lot compared to what we had previous we will add what we need going forward as far as branches etc.  Unity really make it easier to manage so their for we don't need some of the overhead we had to carry before.

You will need to delete your current directories all of them EXCEPT "Application" but delete what you have in that folder then do a get latest on TFS.  This will sync us up again and allow us to build going forward.

As a side note I have removed all assets from the site in the current structure.  I will re-add these from the website once we are all sync up with just the unity structure.

Thanks,
James Fleming

@Anthony After this sprint is over I would like you and I to get into a meeting again so we can discuss Unity related issue.  Would you be available on Friday @ 5:30PM CST?

Thanks,
James Fleming

No I will not I work at that time on Friday this week.

@Anthony No problem when would have time for a brief meeting on TV?

Thanks,
James Fleming

Any time today tomorrow or Wednesday them my hours are all afternoon on Thursday through Sunday

@Anthony Awesome ok so can we plan on tomorrow @6PM CST?

Thanks,
James Fleming

Yes that works

@Anthony Excellent I will set a meeting sorry I didn't want to bother you during the sprint you seem to be making really good progress.

Thanks,
James Fleming

It's all good. I'm kinda at a block now as far as just where I want to go that makes the most sense.

@Anthony Well if you have some time tomorrow I would like to cover some of the GDD stuff as well to see if a game plan can be laid out for a direction as well.  Since Unity has a lot of feature baked into it I think we might be able to streamline a lot of it.

Thanks,
James Fleming

I agree and that's sort of my issue is there is so much I could do so quickly and easily, I'm not sure what makes the most sense to see done first. Discussing this tomorrow sounds good and I will check the GDD some more too and maybe make myself some more work until then

@Team You will notice a bit of a layout changes this is to try to help some of the issue I have had reported to me by members where they where not getting the forum conversation emails.  So the forum discussion per sprint has been moved to the top to help with this problems.

Thanks,
James Fleming
